Do you collect Sales Tax?

We are located in Florida and are required to collect sales tax on transaction for Florida residents.  Therefore, Florida Sales Tax of 7% is collected on orders paid by or shipped to a Florida resident.

Do you have a store?

No, we do not have retail store locations.

Can I change my order?

We fill orders quickly.  Often the same day the order is received.  So, the window of time to change an order is very short.   Please contact us with your change request or call 239-205-0215, if your order has not been processed we will change the order.

Please note that a request to change the order most likely will delay shipping to the next day.

What forms of payment do you accept and is my credit card information safe?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  All credit cards are processed by PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal account.

At checkout you will click the “Proceed to PayPal” button.  To pay by credit card, click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button below the PayPal login.

Click Continue to return to SmockaBelle.com checkout to review and submit your final order.  Your payment isn’t finalized until you submit your order on SmockaBelle.com.

We use PayPal as our credit card processing for additional security.  By having your credit card processed on PayPal, no one at SmockaBelle.com will have access to your credit card information nor will it be stored on our servers.

This website also uses Secure Socket Layer to encrypt communication between your browser and this website.  For more information about our security please see the Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

What are the shipping costs?

There is no charge for regular ground shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

SmockaBelle.com uses USPS First Class mail for packages under 13 ounces.  For orders over 13 ounces, USPS standard shipping may be used.  All FREE shipping offers are via USPS First Class or Standard Ground Shipping.

When will my items ship?

Orders typically ship Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays) within 24-48 hours of purchase and they usually take about 4-7 days to arrive.   So, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will typically ship no later than Tuesday.

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the order.  When the order is shipped you will receive an email with the shipment tracing information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping through the website.  If you need an order shipped internationally, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Yes, for an additional fee of $6.95.  You have the option of choosing an expedited shipping option when you place your order.

Please take into consideration the time to ship your order, not just the transit time.   Expedited shipping only speeds up the transit time.  Your expedited order will be shipped as quickly as possible (we try our best to do it same day) but may still take up to 48 hours during busy times.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  To receive a refund, merchandise must be in new sellable condition without damage.  The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have original hang tags and packaging.

What if my order is damaged?

On rare occasions, an item may become damaged in transit.  If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us so that we can take care of the issue with an exchange or refund.
